Victoria Charles, co-founder of BlueSphere Partners Consultants, brings over 15 years of sustainability expertise, including ESG assessment, GRI reporting, Zero Waste, stakeholder and employee engagement, and sustainability program development.
Victoria advises businesses, local governments, and schools on sustainable best practices, emphasizing collaborative efforts to reduce environmental and social impact. Her passion for education and ecological awareness led her to become a full-time professor in the Earth Science department at Santa Monica College and an instructor in UCLA Extension’s Sustainability program. She equips students with the knowledge and methodologies to enhance sustainability awareness and drive cultural change, focusing on environmental policies, regulations, Zero Waste, and sustainability principles.
As an international keynote speaker on social and environmental justice and climate action, Victoria is accredited as a LEED Green Associate and TRUE Advisor and holds certifications in sustainable resource management, recycling, and GRI. She earned her Master’s in Sustainability Leadership from Arizona State University’s School of Sustainability.
Victoria also founded the Climate Action Leadership Program for youth, addressing the environmental leadership education gap in the K-12 public school system.
