For many years the data has been clear: we waste up to 40% of our food. Changing the systems and cultural norms that lead to wasted food is a monumental task. The speakers on this panel will share their efforts to address wasted food at the systems-level by advancing data-driven solutions to reduce waste in the supply chain and at the community-level by implementing boots-on-the-ground programs to reduce food insecurity in our neighborhoods.
