Kellie Dalton

Kellie Dalton, a Florida State University graduate in Environmental Studies and Communication, brings over a decade of recycling experience. Her career highlights include managing 400,000+ recyclable tons annually at a Fortune 500 company for 9 years in Houston & Dallas, Texas as well as pivotal roles in England and South Africa that deepened her commitment to sustainability.
Currently serving as the Director of Sustainability & Client Relations at Golden Bear Recycling, Kellie’s passion for environmental stewardship shines through her work. She recently became a TRUE Advisor and is spearheading the certification of Golden Bear’s affiliate partner, California Paper Products, as the world’s first TRUE Zero Waste paper mill. Her role involves managing top clients, nurturing closed-loop opportunities, and guiding clients towards zero waste certification.
Based in Dallas, Texas, Kellie lives with her husband, son, and mini cockapoo. Outside of work, she relishes family time, sports like golf, tennis, and pickleball as well as travel.
