Jasmine Johnson works at Battery Park City Authority as a Horticulturist and the Lead on BPCA’s Zero Waste Advisory Committee. She oversees Battery Park City’s community compost and dog waste composting programs as well. Jasmine has her Bachelor’s degree in Horticultural Science from the University of Florida, and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Environmental Policy & Sustainability Management at The New School. She is passionate about fostering sustainability initiatives in urban spaces.
