Brenda has 35 years of experience at the Institute for Local Self-Reliance (ILSR) providing expertise in recycling, composting and other resource conservation practices and policy to government agencies, industry, and public interest and community-based organizations. She has researched and co-authored more than a dozen reports on recycling and composting.
