As the Public Affairs Manager for Too Good To Go in the US and Canada, Zach brings a wealth of experience in government affairs and policy counsel. Formerly a Senior Associate at The Raben Group, Zach leveraged his deep understanding of federal policy to assist nonprofit and corporate clients.
Before his tenure at The Raben Group, Zach spent four years working for Congressman Raja Krishnamoorthi (D-IL-08), where he began as an Intern and rose to the position of Legislative Aide. During his time on Capitol Hill, Zach managed a diverse portfolio covering crucial issues such as the environment, energy, natural resources, agriculture, housing, and veterans affairs. His responsibilities included drafting legislation, overseeing the Bipartisan Congressional Solar Caucus, providing policy advice to the Congressman, preparing memos, and contributing to investigations and congressional hearings.
Zach’s upbringing spans multiple states, including Maryland, Michigan, and Connecticut, although he was born in Washington, D.C. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a focus on policy from Indiana University, Bloomington. Outside of work, Zach can often be found enthusiastically supporting the Washington Capitals, exploring the vibrant D.C. restaurant scene, or experimenting with new recipes in his kitchen.
