Xinci Tan

As the Organics Program Manager for the Joint Powers Authority (JPA), Zero Waste Sonoma, Xinci leads the countywide implementation of state law Short-lived Climate Pollutants (SB 1383), is involved in the County’s efforts to permit and site a new composting facility, manages 6 compost distribution hub sites, and manages several grants related to carbon sequestration and food recovery, among other responsibilities.
