Katie Bailey

Katie Bailey is the Director of Sustainability for the LA Clippers and Intuit Dome, where she leads organization-wide sustainability initiatives, including efforts to reach and maintain a zero-waste campus. With a master’s in environmental policy and management and nearly 15 years of experience in the sports and entertainment industry, she specializes in building holistic sustainability programs focused on reducing emissions, minimizing resource use, and driving measurable impact.
