Sherry Gong

Sherry Gong is the Zero Waste Coordinator for Race to Zero Waste and primarily manages outreach and data collection at Dolores Park and community events. She also promotes reuse at Ohlone College and co-facilitates the Reusable Alameda County coalition. She has volunteered with The Change Climate Project as a Carbon Management Coach. She was previously a Senior Manager in tax at a CPA firm and still maintains her CPA license. Sherry is a certified Zero Waste Associate and graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
