Bob has been the Executive Director of the Chester County Solid Waste Authority (CCSWA) for over 22 years. CCSWA operates a landfill gas collection system, composting operation and a residential recycling drop off at the Lanchester Landfill and Reclamation Center (LLaRC) near Honey Brook, Pennsylvania.
Bob received a BS and MS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Utah State University.
Bob enjoys skiing, hiking, bicycling and racquet sports.
