Randy is the Director of Policy and Community Campaigns for Eco-Cycle, where he has worked since 2012. He has successfully spearheaded public outreach and advocacy campaigns throughout Colorado’s Front Range. He serves as the Policy Chair for Recycle Colorado. Over the past 6 years, he has led efforts to pass significant state recycling legislation, including most recently, the Plastic Pollution Reduction Act and the Producer Responsibility Act. He has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Purdue University and a Master of Environmental Management from Duke University. He currently serves on the Arvada City Council.
