Jocelyn Quarrell

Jocelyn Quarrell is a reuse and sharing systems expert with 15+ years of experience building and scaling access to sustainable services that enable humanity to greatly reduce our impact on the planet, primarily in the transportation and waste reduction industries. As CEO of Bold Reuse, Jocelyn leads a diverse and inclusive team of innovators and changemakers who are reimagining the future of packaging. She thrives as a collaborator working with stakeholders across industry, government, and advocacy groups to develop mutually beneficial programs and relationships that enable positive change.

Before co-founding Bold Reuse, Jocelyn worked with Alta Bicycle Share to launch bike share systems in New York City, Chicago, Chattanooga, Columbus, and San Francisco. She also worked with Zipcar, first in their corporate customer success department and later supporting member acquisition efforts for their Portland field office in 2010, when the company became the world’s largest car-sharing service. Jocelyn’s professional experience also includes serving as the President of the Board of Directors for the Oregon Timber Trail Alliance, an organization dedicated to increasing access to Oregon’s premier backcountry thru-trail, and as a member of the City of Portland’s Bicycle Advisory and Off-Road Cycling Master Planning committees.
