Jeffrey Morris, Ph.D.

Jeffrey Morris, Ph.D., is an economist specializing in life-cycle analysis. Through his research and technical studies, he works to shrink pollution footprints, reduce waste and conserve resources for communities throughout the US and Canada. He has recently developed two useful calculators, CEI (Consumer Environmental Index) and MEBCalc™ (Measuring the Environmental Benefits Calculator). Both models have been useful tools for studies for, among others, the Ontario Ministry of the Environment, Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection, Washington Department of Ecology, Seattle Public Utilities, Portland Metro, San Francisco Environment, San Luis Obispo County (CA) Integrated Waste Management Authority, and Belkorp Environmental (Vancouver, BC).
