Eric has 20 years experience developing and deploying technical programs to delight customers.. Originally a Product Manager for leading eCommerce companies, Eric has led both technical and customer-facing projects at multinational, publicly traded companies such as TD Bank and IDEXX Laboratories, and at smaller startups. Eric serves as the Account Manager and Project Leader to ensure that we translate CLYNK’s expertise to the ground for pilot programs by overseeing project schedules, operational KPIs and reporting.
