Call for Presentations Part 2

Thank you for filling out your Speaker information! You made it to part 2! Please read all directions before continuing.

Part 2

Instructions (Part 2 of 2 Forms):

When you click Submit on this second form, you will be directed to a Thank-You page. This confirms that you have successfully filled out the application.

  • Solitary Speakers: please fill out both forms.
  • Presentation Title: Enter the title of your presentation here, and be sure to use the exact same title from Part 1.
  • Panel Speakers:
    • Only one panelist should complete Part 2, usually your panel leader or moderator.
    • All other panelists should complete only Part 1, using the exact same presentation title.
    • If you are not the panel leader, congratulations! You’re done completing your part.
  • No more than one presentation per application.
This is your direct cell. Not the office line or your assistant.
This is a short title that should match the presentation title you used in Part 1, Speaker information. Keep it short!
This is more like a subtitle. It should also be short and descriptive. 150 characters or less. This will appear in our program. It should be shorter than your presentation description below.
Two short paragraphs please. No more than 250 words. This will appear on your presentation page.
This will only be filled out by the panel leader or moderator. Please list all of your panelists here, one per line.

Small Print: Filling out this application does not guarantee that you will be selected. All selected speakers will have their presentations recorded by Zero Waste USA for future display on YouTube or a similar venue. Recordings are the property of Zero Waste USA. All selected speakers must submit their slide decks to a later specified Google Drive folder or similar venue. We will be using these slides for the presentation. Slides decks must be ready by _this date_. Zero Waste USA reserves the right to edit your presentation excerpt and description.
