Amy King

Amy King is the Co-Founder of Good Coworking in Dallas, TX, the first LEED Gold, City of Dallas Green Business Platinum and SUPER™ Bronze certified coworking space in the world focused on inclusive sustainability, powered by solar. As a champion of the triple bottom line, Amy works with entrepreneurs to build profitable businesses that allow people and the planet to thrive. Amy is leading and advocating for sustainability in the growing coworking industry and her flagship space in Dallas is also pursuing WELL building certification and Certified B Corp.

Amy is currently serving as an Ambassador for SUPER™ (Single-Use Plastic Elimination or Reduction), the first single-use plastic reduction tool and certification for businesses.

Prior to moving to Texas, she oversaw the organizational and leadership development of 80 USGBC chapters for the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), their green rebuilding support to New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina, and a diversity and inclusion initiative for the network.

Amy began her career in advertising and film/ TV, and she launched and grew SILVERDOCS: AFI/ Discovery Channel Documentary Festival in Washington, D.C. She believes in the power of storytelling to affect global change.

When she isn’t at work, you can find Amy rescuing dogs, or traveling the globe.
