Grace Lee

Grace Lee is Head of Account Management at r.World, where she partners with cities, venues, and event organizers to build the national reuse infrastructure needed to accelerate the reuse movement. Before joining r.World, Grace spent years in sustainability consulting leading waste audits and zero waste facilitation for major corporations and municipalities. She also served as National Director of the ReThink Disposable program with Clean Water Fund, working across seven states with restaurants, schools, government agencies, municipalities, emergency food providers, and national parks to untether from single-use foodware. She helped local partners launch reusable foodware across Berkeley Unified School District and served as the lead advisor for the City of Los Angeles’s inaugural Reusable Foodware Microgrant Program. As a mother, Grace believes children should grow up with sustainable options built into their daily lives from the start – shaping a healthier future for both people and the planet.
