Ms. Margaret Rachel is a young environmentalist from Kenya. She is the founder of the Climate Conscious Generation, an initiative that teaches school going children to be environmentally conscious as well as teach them about climate change and their role in climate change mitigation and adaptation.she is an advocate of child participation in environmental policy formulation conversations.
Through her initiative she has been able to plant over five thousand trees, visited more than fifteen schools and educated more than one thousand children.
