Building a coalition is challenging work, but more importantly, how do we center equity in the process? It’s challenging to anticipate the impacts of new programs or practices, and many organizations struggle to identify the ‘correct’ lens through which to understand how proposed changes may impact equity within their communities. This panel will take a deep dive into some tools and resources to effectively start a coalition roadmap. Whether you are starting a coalition from scratch or have been involved in one for many years, this panel has something for you. We will look at equity tools and share perspectives on successes, challenges, and best ways to help further an equitable circular economy.
